Shipping + Returns

Order Processing Times:
Please allow a minimum of 4 hours for processing time.  Most orders ship out same day, or will ship out the following business day.  Orders ship out Monday-Friday.  We are closed on major holidays, this may delay shipment.  Orders placed after 1pm EST Monday-Friday may ship following day.

Cancellation:
Cancellations of orders may possible if we catch the cancellation notice before your order ships.  Due to the quantity of shipments and the speed that we try to ship them, we do not check for cancellations right before packing and shipping an order.  If a cancellation is not seen before an order ships, the order may be returned for a refund, minus the original shipping cost.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping is calculated in our system with item weights and shipping addresses.  We have a negotiated rate with UPS and USPS to give the quickest and most affordable options from both.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:
You are able to choose your shipping timeline when checking out.  Most orders are delivered within 2 - 3 days of transport.  Overnight and next day is available and offered for your selection.

Missing or Lost Packages:
If your package is lost or missing, please check with neighbors first.  Most of the time packages are accidentally delivered to one door down.  If that is unsuccesful, please email Jeremy@jsd-designs.com immediately.  Please include Order Number, your name, phone number, and let us know if your package is missing or lost.

Missing Items or Shortages in Delivery:
We work really hard to try to ensure you get all of the right merchandise in a timely manner.  Unfortunately, we do make mistakes from time to time.  Please check your order immediately upon delivery to ensure you received everything in good shape.  Any shortages or missing items must be reported to jeremy@jsd-designs.com within 72 hours of delivery.

Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, please email Jeremy@jsd-designs.com immediately.  Claims made in a timely manner is of the utmost of importance.    Please include images of damaged product, your order number, and your phone number.  Please keep the box that the item came in, as well as the item for 2 weeks.  We will file a claim with the appropriate parties and work out with you whether your want a replacement or refund.

International Shipping:
International shipping is also available at checkout.  International Customers are responsible for any tariffs or taxes due.

Returns

Returns and Refunds for Orders Placed ONLY on HouseFloral.com

(for all other orders placed through any other website like Etsy.com, Michaels.com, or Walmart.com please scroll to the appropriate section below)

Our design team at 'house' has hand selected these products because we love them and hope that you'll love them too, but understand that you may need to make a return.

To return an item follow the directions below:

1. Ship the item(s) back to us to the following address:

2.  The shipment must be postmarked by 7 days from date of delivery. Return can be shipped back by USPS (Priority Mail only, no Parcel or First Class) or UPS (Ground).  Additional info is needed in the box, the easiest thing to do is included the packing slip because it has all of the info on it.  If you don't have the packing slip, please include your name, order number, and email address on a sheet of paper inside the box.

3. You must ensure that the item is adequately packaged. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging.  Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for a refund. Returns made in an envelope or soft packaging, will NOT be accepted or refunded. Returns should be packed in a box or something structurally sound to protect the product.

4.You are HIGHLY ENCOURAGED to get a tracking number and keep it handy until the refund is processed.  We are not able to refund merchandise that we don't receive back.  Having the tracking information means that you can file a lost package claim with the shipper and you will receive compensation for both the Items and the Shipping Cost of sending it back.  This has happened more than you can imagine, please keep the tracking number.

5. After receipt of the returned merchandise, we will inspect and issue refund if everything is received in a undamaged manner.  This should take no more than 3 days of us receiving your return (Most of the time, orders are refunded same day as return delivered).  Products returned in good shape will be refunded in the amount paid for the item.  Shipping fees are not refundable.

Any return of an item purchased through Michaels.com Marketplace (that is made within the return window listed on the product listing page)  must be processed through Michaels.com and can not be returned to a Michaels storefront.  Log in to your account there, select your order, and choose return.  It will walk you through the process.  If their system splits the return into multiple returns and creates multiple shipping labels, PLEASE ONLY USE ONE LABEL TO SHIP ALL OF THE ITEMS YOU WANT TO RETURN BACK IN ONE BOX.  Do NOT use multiple labels or boxes.

 

To Return Orders Placed on Walmart.com:

Any return of an item purchased through Walmart.com (that is made within the return window listed on the product listing page)  must be processed through Walmart.com.  Log in to your account there, select your order, and choose return.  It will walk you through the process. You can not return our items to a Walmart Store location.
